testicle torsion not opertaed for years

hi , iam 28  now  , i  had  testicle  torsion when i was  13 or 14 , but a s i was so  shy  i couldnt reveal th e pain in my  testies  and  it sounded that it  was to late   for m e  so th e  doc  just gave  me  medicine  , an d by  now  mi  right testies   gone leaving m e with  a empty sack and  a  thought of stress  for mi  mistake  ,  I s  it possible for me  to get  back  to normal   testies  through operation i ma  not evn  sur e if it  was  testicle  torsion of  it just got  dipositiioned  but it  had  swelled big  and th epain was   unbearable  to walk  ..and  the   size  was  cant imagine, i am so worried   cause of this  ,  i  feel  low and  am even worried  if i  get  married wil i hav e kids or not  ,and as it i s unoperated  for  so long  will  i hav e nay problems , i do not hav e any kind of pain there    i  can stil  feel  something when its  squeezed hard i  try  if its  there please help m e  solve mi problem
