Torsion smaller testicle

I experienced torsion on my left testicles and had to undergo surgery when i was 14 years old. I am 26 now and my left testicle is 2-3 cm smaller and slightly painful when handled compared to my right testicle. Is this normal? Is this the result of the torsion of my left testicle?

I have this question every time I have sex it feels and I can actually see my right testi going up in side me! But if I stop having sex it goes back down to normal, well i've never actually kept going, and going once I felt it going up in side me.. WHAT IS THIS PROBLEM? IS THIS NORMAl?

what if one of your testicle is normal size and the others is 3 times smaller is there anything that i can do to get it to a normal size because when i have sex its like it disappear and those that stop your penis from growing.
