i am 19. i have had this lump since i was probably 16 or 17. it hasn't got bigger and i don't relay feel any symptoms your supposed to have, or if i have got them i don't notice them. it is very little. think of a gran of rice. its about the third of the size of that, but its actual on my testicle....
