ok im 16 and a couple days ago i had surgery on my knee and i have to do streches with it and then after completeing the strecthes a couple hours or minutes later my right testicule started to kill me now i told my dad and he said you probably pulled or strained your groin mucle but after like 3-4 days it still hurts pretty bad what do i do.
