lower abdomanal swelling and pain front and back, effecting testical, hip and leg, ill all over

im a 27 year old male having trouble finding out what is wrong, i have a swollen lower bowel on the left side from belly button to top of hip, its a constant cramp with the odd sharp pain depending on my movement or how i sit / stand, my left leg shakes and sometimes give up for a secound or two...

My right testicle stings really bad, What is going on?
