I found a small pea size lump just under the skin of testicle,wasn't there yesterday.should I be alarmed?

See a doctor ASAP. We're really good with testicular cancer if it's found early, the sooner you see the doctor the greater the chance it can be cured. It may also be a cyst or you've just found the epididymis (which can hang oddly when your testicles are warm).
