Sensitve Testical Lump

For the past say 3-4 years i've had a sensitive lump in right side of my testical, its not painful but when i touch it it can be abit sensitive feeling. I keep putting it off going to doctors dont like the idea of a doctor looking at my balls. Any ideas would be good thanks.
