The area between my legs and balls is sweating more than ever. I'm 50 and it has been doing that for about 2 years. It discolors my underwear, just as shirts are stained by arm pit sweat.

I am in alot of pain,there is a pulling/strain sensation from my right gonad up to my lower right side abdomen.I passed bowel today and now have the groin and lower abdomen pain.Is this a hernia wich I have never had.
