A day ago I felt a spot on my actual testicle, not the scrotum. I took precaution and looked up the symptoms of testicular cancer (Aches in the genital area, Swelling) Neither of which I am experiencing *Touch Wood*. At first, I was worried about it being cancer, but It feels more like a spot than a lump ( unless I'm overestimating a lump) Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
