bruising of scrotum after caughing

i woke up one morning, caughed and my lower back hurt really bad and felt like something "popped" in my back. a few days later (now), my scrotum is really black & blue!! My back still aches and i feel like i was kicked in the scrotum. can you help tell me what this is?

hey i have worries with my sperm as it is not colored at all and it is not thick and have color very much like my urine. i ofcourse have slow ejaculation.
