My husband recently had his sperm analysis and the doctor said he has a very low sperm count, but that is about all the info he gave us. he mailed us the records and it says SEM ANAL COUNT 0 850/ml and then in the reference column it says 60150 M/ml. What does this mean? Does this mean he has no sperm alive? I want to know so I can do research and see if we can conceive through IUI instead IVF. Any suggestions?

Your husband does have living sperm. It just looks like he has a very low number, so I think that you might want to use an artificial insemination method to help the low number of sperm that he has to have a chance and help with getting you pregnant. I hope that this helps. Save those results so that you can show them to the fertility clinic as well.
