there is a hard painful bump on my right testicl, it feels like it is right at the top of the area where the veins are. Sometimes it hurts really bad, othertimes it hurts a little, i just want an idea about what it could be

in my lelf leg down past my knee i get something like something juming and pushing that been going on for 2 month it come and go just 2 day go it not jumping it just very painful i have bad time trying to talk to the dr :cry:
