white lumps on scrotum

I have white lumps on my testical, i believe they are hair folicals. I am not in pain off them but they are itchy now and again. if they get big sometimes white cheesey substance comes out of them. is there anything I can do to have them removed or is there any cream i can use on them? thnks

have pain in my right testical it hurt if i touch it

in the last couple of day i have pain in my right testical it hurt if i touch it and even when i try to examing it and i get discomfort when moving around,and i looked in the mirror and the right testical seem larger that my left it look as if it swelling and i dont know what it is and my lower back...
