hello, i dont kn ow if im in big trouble but my left testicle has a really big varicose vein on it and my nut is larger then is should be, my right testicle is extremly smaller then whats normal, do i nhave cancer? i went to the doctor about 3 years ago and they said it wasnt cancer and that something got twisted or something...i need help!

Well, if something gets twisted in the testicles or near the testicles and that testicle starts shrinking in size, something needs to be dome about it as otherwise your testicle may not be getting enough blood and it may die.
What did the doctors suggest you should do 3 years ago when you had it checked?
Increase in another testicle doesn’t necessarily mean it is cancer, it could also be a cyst called hydrocele or it could be varicose veins, but you need to see a doctor to make the difference and see what is going on.
Varicose veins also need fixing as they may cause infertility in men and the problem needs to be reverse in a surgical procedure.
You better see an urologist as soon as possible so you wouldn’t have to deal with losing a testicle.
