Testicular Disorders & Male Fertility Issues

One of my testicles is smaller than other, I had some operation on left testicle

One of my them is a normal size whereas my left is considerably smaller. When I was about five I had an operation on my left one to move it lower down as it was too high. Could this be caused because of the operation?I am 14 now.

My testicles hurt 24/7, everyday. My lower back hurts as well and down my left leg. I have a bulge above my penis on right side. Wen I urinate, I have bowel movement as well. Hurts so bad I can't walk. I've been to ER 3 times, can't find anything. Been going on 3 yrs now.
