My testicles hurt 24/7, everyday. My lower back hurts as well and down my left leg. I have a bulge above my penis on right side. Wen I urinate, I have bowel movement as well. Hurts so bad I can't walk. I've been to ER 3 times, can't find anything. Been going on 3 yrs now.
