I am a 15 year old boy My testicles Have been exremely itchy for about 24 hours now and now a rash (red lumps and extremely sore) has accured and have became extremely enlarged, so much that i find it hard to work without my legs apart, I was wondering what to do and what it could be? thanks

bump on scrotum

about a month ago i discovered a small bumb om my scrotum, and now its gotten just a bit bigger today i squeezed sum white-ish stuff out of it but after that nothing would excrete and when i push it around it moves under the skin and its not attached 2 my testes so its probly not cancerous its color...

I get light headed and dizzy spells about 1 or 2 times a week. I also have pain in my lower abdomen when i have intercource. I washed my testicals today and felt tiny marble-like bumps and a tube in my left testical. does anyone else have these symptoms or know about what this could be????
