i am 15 years old and have notice a little lump on my left testicle, it only hurts when it is touched. i have noticed it for 2 days now, the pain isnt as bad as it was the first day, but it still hurts some when it gets touched. so i be worried about this? or could it be part of puberty or sumthing? please let me know i am worried right now
