I have seen twice that my sperma had something in it. It seemed like hair very small - black in colour. It was not hair of course but it seemed like. Is it something to worry about? Thanks in advance

My left ball is bigger than my right. My right is small and has a small pain sometimes. My left ball has no pain or anything. I just am wondering cause I'm concerned cause my right ball is a lot smaller than my left one.
