Feels like something in my throat

For the past 2 weeks i feel like I have a bunch of flem in my throat.Sometimes i feels like I cant breathe. Went to E.R they said it could be allergies.I have been taking zyrtec, mucinex and a inhaler. I still feel the same.Can somebody let me know what I can do
