What does scar tissue feel like in the throat?

I swallow sometimes and feel a weird sensation. The sensation feels like a small crumb hanging on the right side of my throat. I had my tonsils removed almost 2 months ago and I see a slit/bumps where the feeling is coming from. Could it be scar tissue??

above are symptoms, when I say lump, I can feel something hard, also I feel pressure in my right ear. I have been experiencing a paid which goes away now and again in my ear, this has been going on for some months %-)
