Why do I get plhegm after eating/drinking and sometime catching my breath

Okay i have been sleeping very little for the past few days and been sleeping at very late hours. Now i have a sore throat and it hurts while i swallow my saliva. And my eyes hurt, as well as neck. And I am having the chills, no fever though. Does anyone know what exactly i am suffering from.
