My speaking is difficult for some time. When I try to speak it sounds like hoarse voice. I even think that I have same enlarged lymph nodes. This is going on for several months and I am starting to worry. I did same reading about throat cancers and I wonder is it possible for me to have that?

lately I've been having a lot of headaches! i'm only thirteen but i don't think its because of stress. when i wake up in the morning some days, i feel nautious and/or dizzy. and today for some reason i got a really sore throat. what can i do about it?
