A little more than 3weeks ago i had a very swollen throat and very swollen glands it took a couple of weeks for my throat to go down but it did but my glands are still swollen they did go down but i still have a ball there am now i am starting to get scared... i need to know how long it can take...

I have arthritis and wonder if it is related. Recently when I swallow I have a pain in the left side in the back of the neck. i do not have lump in throat and throat not sore. any help will be appreciated.
