I just went to lunch and as I was chewing my food, the gland that leads up to my ear lobe swelled and I felt some pain. I quit eating and it is still swollen. Could you please tell me if I should consult my doctor? Thank you, _[removed]_

For 2 days now I have felt as if something is lodged in the bottom part of my throat. I have thrown-up coughed my lungs up and even tried eating certain foods to hope that whatever it is would go away. Does ANYONE have an idea as to what to do and should I go to a doctor?! It's not painful BUT...
