I had a sore throat and fever, now fever is gone, but throat is swelling, possible pharyngitis?

Hi I had fever for 3 days and I took medicine, I had a sore throat but i thought it was no big deal. My fever started to go away but I still had a little fever just a bit. Then I start to notice swelling in my sides and white lines it doesn't hurt its just annoying. Please help Immediataly ;-;

Pain in the left side of my throat

I have pain at the right side of my throat when I swallow just under my jaw. Then it gives kind of a burning sensation if my food is hot- just at that spot. My neck just around the same area itches as well. Any idea what that could be?

Throat pain/ Trouble swallowing and swollen lump under ear

Trouble swallowing for approx. 6 months. Can get food down, with liquid if I tilt my head back. Now have terrible pain in throat, on left side, under the ear. There is a swollen large lump (node?) under ear as well. Yes, I'll go to doctor...should I be worried?

throat tight and uncomfortable when eating and/ or swallowing

My throat often feels tight and uncomfortable as I am swallowing. What is this- some foods are worse than others. Drinking a little water helps some and warm tea even more. It then feels uncomfortable for awhile after I have eaten.
