jelly like mucus balls come out after cough

I am also coughing up jelly like mucus balls, sometimes in large clumps and they aren't always balls sometimes they appear wormlike In shape. When it's a fairly large clump it usually takes a bit of work to get it up but the mucus is always very solid, like it will stick to my finger without moving.

back of throat is yellow and lump feeling

I have a lump feeling in my throat, i have no trouble breathing but it feels weird and annoying. When i swallow i feel it more and at night before sleep i feel it the most. The back of my throat is yellow and my tongue is white. I also have white spots on my upper lips. Thanks for the help :-)
