I have lumps growing in the back of my throat the same color as my throat, however they are itchy and feel like there's hair in my mouth. They are directly on the place that the tonsils used to be. Should I worry, also anyone know what this is..?

I'm day 8 of my tonsillectomy and I'm craving coke and the cheese and bacon shapes. I'm scared of it hurting. I've been so sick all week and today is where I sort of felt a bit better. So many cravings, so much struggle!
