This is kind of weird. But I've have eating my fingernails and one of them got stuck on the side of my throat. I tried drinking some water and Pepsi but nothing worked. I even tried picking on my throat like reaching through with my finger and nothing. Please help, 3 weeks passed and I still haven't get rid of this nail out of my throat

Update:I've have tried eating donuts and other kinds of foods that are soft but not seemed to push the nail down.
