Living with lupus. Just found out today I have hiv

I'm diagnosed with lupus and found out today I have hiv. I'm scared because Ive Bern with 1 partner my whole life. I'm in 50s I don't know what to do my mental state is off the chart. Am I the only one with double diagnosis? I feel alone.

Stabilizing low blood pressure in Guillain–Barré patient

I have a sister with GBS and she is now in recovery. The problems is that her low blood pressure is affecting her physical therapy drasticly. To the point where it cause's her to be light headed and pass out during theraphy. Is there a medication or something to address this.

I have a question for anyone who knows about SLE. As far as I have been able to tell, the only treatment ever given to people who suffer from SLE is a variety of corticosteroids.
