i have the contracteive implant in my arm but it has now run out after 3yrs

I had been on birth control for a week and it was a day after my period ended and I took the morning after pill about 48 hours after it happened. What are the chances that I'm going to get pregnant?

I had an abortion one month ago due to medical reasons, i would like to start trying again but i heard that it can lead to misscarraige so soon after. can anyone advise me on how high the risks are and if it can cause any other complications thankyou
