Is it really true that I cannot fall pregnant if I haven't had period for 4 years and have 0 eggs?

I AM 59 and did not have a period for 4 years - nothing at all - i was told i cannot get pregnant impossible - is there an expert that can re-assure me  because of my age and the fact its been 4 years and i have 0 eggs.  Thank you so much
