Am 25 yrs old...I had done my tubal ligation on Nov 2013 after my second son birth...now I want to conceive badly....last month I had done with IVF treatment which was negative mostly because of unexpected fluid in the uterus....can anyone suggest me the best way...tubal reversal chance of conceiving is low itseems is it true
