Trying conceive - how long should you wait before getting up after sex

I have been trying to get pregnant for 18 months and very stressed. Just wondering if anyone knows how long you should lie in bed after having sex. Is it bad if sperm comes out - would enough sperm stay inside me to be able to get pregnant. I hear alot of stories that sound like myths ie....

brown spotting, but BBT is still low

I had some slight brown staining yesterday (period due in 6 days), I would think it's implantation bleeding, but my BBT hasn't risen this cycle (always does like clockwork after I ovulate)... Also, I had 5 days of egg white mucus, but no rise in BBT.... very confused, feel like I'm just grasping...

Trying to concive any help

My boyfriend and I have been ttc for awhile now .... The first month my period came right on time and so was last month. This 3/10/13 my period came 7 days late  and started.... is there any advice that could be given??? We have sex everyday that i am fertile and on my ouvlation day! Thanks!

Blood once and no more

I am 12 years old and I found blood on my pants on march 11th.I haven't gotten anymore blood only discharge,should I go to the docters?(ps:never had sex)

I know early pregnancy symptoms aren't felt until implantation and the release of HCG, but I am just wondering if the body knows that the egg and sperm have joined and that it is on it's way down the tubes to where it will implant? Ie. does it start to prepare for it after conception, or totally not...
