one quick penetration after a condom and the condom had spermicide on it can i get pregnant

i had sex on the 5th day of my period and we used a condom with spermicide lubricant he took it off with out me knowing and put it in once but it was really quick (1 second) can i be pregnant? (he also wiped all the pre*** off of his p*nis before he put it in.
