i want to get pg again but i had my tubes tied a year and a half ago. I can't afford a tubal reversed but do want to get pg. can i get pg again and if so can anyone give me advice how?

headaches all the time, always tired, my whole body is in pain.

I'm 19, have headaches all the time, always tired and most recently my back has been in so much pain it's awful.my boyfriend and I are trying to get pregnant, but my periods come every month just always on a different day so it's hard to know when to conceive.. anyone have any helpful advice?
