Novasure procedure. No period after but i really want to get pregnant again.

I had the novasure procedure about 3 yrs ago. I am starting to cramp like a period wants to come, but I have not had a period since 4 weeks after my procedure in 2010. I would also like to get pregnant again. Is there anyone that can give me suggestions?
