I have had cramping for almost 4 days now, and I had unprotected intercourse

I have had cramping for almost 4 days now. I had un protected sex 4 days before that. I also had spotting and cm wish has never happened to me before after i had my period. Am i having early pregancy symptoms? Me and my boyfriend are and arnt trying to have a baby kind of just seeing what happens....

I was diagnosed with Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome when I was 16. I was told it shouldn't get to the point where it interfered with my fertility as long as I continue to ovulate. I'm 25 now and over the years it's become rather mild to the point where I dont treat it at all. I am trying to conceive....
