Xray Ct shown tree bud formation in b/l upper lobe and mountoux test 20mm positive but no symptoms

My x ray shown B/l  nodular opacities And Ct thorax also show tree bud formation in right and left upper lobe and my mountoux test positive 20mm but i hv no symptoms of tuberculosis. Should i start ATT or not???

Hi Doc, my result of X-ray is fibrohazed infiltratres the upper lung with cavity formation due to PTB. Is it dangeous for me? Is it curable immediately? If so, how long does it takes my treatment? Thank you for your answers, i highly appreciate if you respond..

Hi. Good day! I just want to ask what it means if the chest x ray result says "fibrohazed infiltrates on right apex due to ptb. The patient was diagnosed and cured last 2005 but his xray result yesterday is that I have mentioned above. Will this mean that his ptb is active again or its just a scar?...
