left side pain

I have had a pain under my left ribcage for about 6 months now.About 2 months ago I started to feel dizzy and every time I try to do anything physical I am out of breath. I had taken antibiotics for treament of a stomach ulcer. Is this a problem with my spleen? thank you for your help

 Hi all:I have had this stabbing constant pain on both side of my abdominal somwhere under kidneys. I did all medical check ups, my kidney and urinary system are ok. doctors are not able to diagnose the cause of the pain, they gave me medicine but the pain did not go away.
