i have been having a throbbing pain in the left side of my stomach for a few days now and today i noticed a lump is growing there its about the size of a dime and is very tender to the touch. im worried that it might be something serious.

Hi I have the above symptoms and I took a pregnancy test 4 days late which came back negative. I also have wind and gas. I am now almost a week late? I know Home pregnancy tests are not always right I know lots of women who had many negatives before they got late positives Advice please.
