After I eat I feel way too full, like tummy gonna explode.Why???

bloated and pressured stomach sensation after I eat or drink anything. Lately I have been more aware of this stomach pressure. It seems to pput pressure, right after eating or drinking, on my bladder or something? Should I just eat and drink less? Is that what fullness feels like?????
