Sharp Pains In Abdomen

upper left abdomen... bruise? lesion?

I have this bruise on my upper left abdomen. About 4 inches to the left and 2 inches above the navel It is not painful. Not sure how or when it formed, but its been there for over a year now. lower adominal pain with chills
