I have this bruise on my upper left abdomen.
About 4 inches to the left and 2 inches above the navel
It is not painful.
Not sure how or when it formed,
but its been there for over a year now.
In the center is a reddish spot about 1/4 inch in diameter
and there are spider-like veins? surrounding it
about 2 inches in diameter.
I have not consulted a doctor
I have no medical insurance.
I searched the web for this symptom
and found no luck.
Can anyone help me?

I have the same thing. its like an inch long. horizontal. red. about an inch under the bottom of my left pec. not sure what it is. googling it

Same thing here only just below right breast. It just appeared as you have described. Not painful but rather baffling. Any ideas?

I would look into the possibility of it being diabetes. I'm researching my own unexplained bruise on my knee, and I came across info on diabetics getting unexplained bruising in creases of the skin (that sounds especially like the two replies).
