UNKNOWN CAUSE OF STOMACH PAIN

Help!  15-yr old healthy female began with stomach pain and nausea over a month ago.  Threw up for 2 weeks straight, several times a day, regardless of what she ate.  Then stomach pain with constipation for the next 2 weeks.  Doc gave her an enema to help.  Didn't completely resolve issue....

lower stomach and back pain worse at night

For the last 6 months or so I occasionally (about once every two weeks sometimes more) get woken up by a pain in my lower stomach/back.  I can't pinpoint exactly where the pain is coming from, but I know it is related to my bowel.  It feels very crampy (kind of like a period pain and constipation)...
