My stomach has been hurting for the last week and a half and ive also lost weight and i dont know what it could be. Im thinkin im pregnent but i aint for sure. and if it aint that then what else could it be????

Unable to have a bowel movement

I had blood in my bowel movement 36hours ago, since then i have been unable to have another bowel movement and have some tight pain in my lower abs, (unable to do an ab exersizes due to pain). any Ideas on what is wrong or if i should see a doctor, any help is appreciated

Allot of stomach noises since Hysterectomy

Since my Hysterectomy 15 weeks ago, I've had allot of stomach noises. I NEVER had that before my surgery. It even wakes me in the middle of the night now. It doesn't hurt. It's just very annoying and embaressing. Why is this happening? Is this something I have too live with now?

After everytime I eat no matter what it is, my stomach makes all these weird noises and it concerns me. After I eat I feel like I haven't ate at all sometimes. I'm really worried about what's going on with my body. Just about everytime or every other time I eat I'm in the restroom. What can I do?
