AST and ALT both are high

I am 36 years old. My AST (51) and ALT (106) both are high. I am not having jaundice,hepatitis A,B, or C,not HIV. Dr asked me to come back after 3 months for second checkup and suggested me to avoid food contains fats. Would some one guide for batter diet plan.

Cramps come every few hours

lower abdominal pain

My last period was 3rd - 10th Jan. Ovulation was 15th - 20th Jan. I now have lower abdominal pain across both sides of my lower abdomen. The bottom of my abdomen feels as though the muscles have stretched. Any ideas what this could be?
