A week ago I felt a horrible pain in the upper left abdominal. It was unbearable! It stayed like that for about 3 days and I thought it was just really bad period cramps. It eventually faded away but not completely. I still feel pain when I breath in heavily, couch and yawn. I went to the doctor because I thought I had strep throat and it turns out I have mono. He said mono causes my spleen to enlarge. Is it possible that my spleen ruptured or am I just freaking myself out? Please help
