Hello, I would like to try the Atkins Diet but am more of an already prepared diet person. I don't know th e Atkins diet and don't really know to much about carbs. Can anybody help me with a menu for the Atkins diet? Thanks bluii98 %-)

hello, i am 20,male i weigh 87 kgs and heigt is 180cm and my belly is so plummy. i go to college at 7:30 AM and come at 5:30 PM, so i dont find time to excercize in the mourning. hiya im really confused at the moment .... im 16 years old....5'7 and about 9 stone .... i have started just eating breakfast in a morning and i go out of my way to not eat any dinner and then my dad makes me sit down at everyday and eat tea...but then i go into the bathroom and make myself sick...
