hello,
i am 20,male
i weigh 87 kgs and heigt is 180cm
and my belly is so plummy.

i go to college at 7:30 AM and come at 5:30 PM,
so i dont find time to excercize in the mourning.
Can u suggest a good diet(plz dont give generic ans like eat fruits,walk etc)
i mean what to eat, when to eat, any yoga practices.

if anyone succeded in it plz post ur suggestion
